What we collect when you join the All For waitlist, why we collect it, and how to have it removed. Last updated 1 November 2026.
All For (AllFor.sg) is a Singapore pilot that pairs athletes with charities through cause race shirts. Questions about your data: sub.pratichi@gmail.com.
Athletes: your name, email address, contact number (if you choose to give it), the cause you would race for, and your consent to be contacted. Clubs and gyms: the club's name and type, number of members interested, a contact person's name, role, email and phone (optional), event, cause preference, social or website link and any message. Charity partners: your charity's name and registration number, a contact person's name, role, work email and phone (optional), your website, cause area, event and any message you send us.
To run the waitlist, to plan group participation with clubs and gyms, to choose and set up partnerships with charities, and to contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp about the launch. We do not use your details for anything else.
Only the All For team. We never sell your details. Charity partners may see how many people chose each cause, but never your personal details unless we ask you first.
Form entries are stored by Webflow, our website host, which may keep data on servers outside Singapore. We may also keep a copy in a private spreadsheet. Access is limited to the All For team.
Until 12 months after launch, or sooner if you ask us to delete it.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing sub.pratichi@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
